I can't stress enough to my clients that they need to proof read what they send me. We recently finished this 110 page report and as it was out to get bound...I get an email from the client in a panic saying that the phone number on the inside cover was wrong. Her boss was saying that it was our fault and blah blah blah. I had to explain to her that we don't proof read the copy that they provide us. It's not our job to do that. We just make it look good. Plus when you have signed approval to go ahead and print the project...you really can't blame us. I worked on this report for 2 months and I can't tell you what it's all about. But being the nice guys that we are...we called the bindery and halted the job, reprinted the covers and it'll be done early next week.

an HDMI cable for $600? I think not. Someone added an extra 9...oops...
